DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Life Sc. Clinical Product and underlying data assets and models/methods
  • Translate Business & Technical requirements into solutions concept design for building commercially viable products / custom solutions
  • Work closely with product management and product development to interview, research, analyze, and derive business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Partner with delivery teams in identifying and evaluating technical capabilities
  • Communication skills necessary to advise, counsel, and/or guide people on complex programs
  • Work with cross-functional teams, to take a lead role in creating RFP solutions proposals.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • 10+ years of experience in Clinical Life Sciences with Clinical Trial data.
  • 15+ years professional IT experience
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing SOA or mircoservices based architecture with interoperability being one of the primary focus
  • 2+ years of experience in designing and developing commercial products on Salesforce Platform
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or comparable work experience.
  • Experience in designing event-driven architecture
  • Proven experience working with business and technical teams that have developed and delivered innovative technical solutions
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to understand the workflow and business processes related to the application being supported.
  • Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • General knowledge of hardware and software Experience managing engineering teams and technology partnerships with independent software vendors (ISVs).
  • Ability to identify technical dependencies and roadblocks for partners proactively and work with cross functional teams to resolve them.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customer requirements in data ingestion and migration, data processing and business intelligence.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, containers, and networking).
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiating skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
