Based in the US, the successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing of the IQVIA Regulatory Intelligence (legacy Tarius) clients on a global scale. They will be dealing with the day to day needs of the client as well as identifying opportunities for expansion of products and services.

Key Responsibilities 
•    Serve as an expert contact for clients using the IQVIA Regulatory Intelligence database.
•    Establish and build positive client relationships with defined clients, understanding their requirements in terms of data and services.
•    Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction. 
•    Conduct client service meetings and trainings either through conferences or at client’s site, and look for opportunities to expand usage
•    Manage queries raised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA Regulatory Intelligence’s data to ensure that a full and timely response is provided.
•    Compile and maintain records on client accounts. 
•    Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
•    Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Provide support in new product development and enhancement activities.
