Pharmaceutical Sales Manager

IQVIA is currently recruiting for an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Manager, who holds a successful track record within the pharmaceutical industry and first line management experience to work on a team across South England (Birmingham, East of England, Wales)

The successful candidate will manage a team of secondary care specialists, driving them to success and contributing to the senior management team.  As well as having strong values and excellent people leadership qualities, you will be highly motivated, efficient, and thrive in an environment where integration is stet.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Knowledge & experience in pharmaceutical industry with successful sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
• Knowledge of NHS - Structures/ Functionality/ Processes
• Track record of motivating and managing of pharmaceutical reps
• Highly motivated and results driven
• Good analytical and planning skills
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

• ABPI Qualified
• Full UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• Eligible to work full-time in the UK
