Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Work with the IQVIA Commercial Services and Marketing Solutions (CSMS) team to support their Salesforce implementation of the OCE managed package.  

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices and business needs
• Design solutions using existing architecture
• Support existing CRM and eDetailing integrations 
• Build new integrations necessary to satisfy customer requirements
• Provide APEX coding as needed
• Work with the existing team to establish and maintain best practices in Salesforce administration and management
• Collaborate with the CSMS Salesforce Capability Center to share knowledge and best practice
• Support development of other CSMS Salesforce resources by participating in team discussions and sharing learnings
• Perform ongoing Salesforce Administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.)
• Ability to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals
• Participate in complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations
• Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues

Required Skills and Experience
• 3 years of industry experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce ADMIN Certified
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
• Practical experience implementing APEX programming 
• Experience with design, dev and implementation of Lightning and Native Salesforce Mobile Apps

Preferred
• Knowledge of and experience with the IQVIA OCE managed package – strongly preferred
• Visualforce, Apps, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
• Knowledge of Pharma or Commercial Sales Organization 
• Saleforce.com Service Cloud, Health Cloud and/or Community Cloud experience
• Experience with Agile solution delivery
• Mobile app development
• UI Design
