Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports commercial activities by executing operational processes and procedures.

  • Supports opportunity management, resource planning, management racking and forecasting, customer relationship management, and the customer satisfaction program; tracks and provides reports to flag potential business issues; and documents and coordinates processes and systems rollouts.

  • Ensure that project assignments are provided with the best teams of people 

  • Ensure that practitioners are appropriately matched to jobs which are challenging and developmental 

  • Provide the best teams of people for proposals and internal initiatives 

  • Provide up-to-date reports on availability and forecast to the practice 

  • Maintain quality in Scheduling systems 

  • Be aware of consultants' skills, experience, development needs and career aspirations 

  • Centralize requests for resources and recommend consultants to assignments

  • Liaise with project managers to capture resource requirements in detail

  • Facilitate Weekly Staffing calls / meetings and discussions with key stakeholders. Maintain profiles and planning in relevant platforms / tools and ensure a high quality of the planning process

  • Provide reports to the practice 

  • Give inductions on Staffing to new employees and support their on-boarding 

  • Support team in providing Staffing feedback or attention points 

  • Follow-up on compliance (CV quality and skills)

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience in resource management.

  • Working experience in consulting industry preferred.

  • Working knowledge of IMS products and systems.

  • Good PC applications (Access, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.

  • Strong focus on process and detail; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
