Position Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment/HR coordinator to help support and drive recruitment in our Warsaw office.

The primary focus of the role will be to support  our teams in Warsaw and London.  We will support you with the  tools & resources you need to do this, and hope you will bring some ideas of your own, too!

This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the future success and growth of the TA team across EMEA.

What we expect:

  • Managing interview process flow - scheduling interviews, gathering feedbacks etc.
  • Taking candidate experience to the next level
  • Providing administrative support for TA teams
  • Cooperating with external Agancies
  • Preparing job descriptions and posting recruitment advertisements
  • Supporting the on-boarding process
  • Participation in local and global HR projects

  • Previous experience in recruitment/HR or being a coordinator in a complex organization will be a plus.

  • Interest and drive to pursue a career within HR/recruitment.

  • Good organization skills with the ability to anticipate requirements, prioritize own workload and set daily/weekly objectives and targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proactively builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work with people at all levels within the organization. Confidence to engage with middle-senior management.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment, with a wide range of personality types and with tight deadlines and multiple activities.
  • Proficient IT skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good oral and written English and Polish communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills will be essential.
