Records Management has an exciting opportunity for a Records Management Associate 2.

The Records Management Associate 2 will coordinate operations and provide support to the records or imaging center. Provide reference services to all departments and personnel and distribute incoming information for integration into systems.


  • Function as a document processor for records management projects using various system platforms. Ensure project deadlines, commitments, and goals are met by monitoring projects daily outputs.

    Coordinate the retrieval of records requested by users and prepare closed studies for transfer to final destination within agreed timelines.

    Assist management with the implementation of strategic goals, plans, cost proposals, and resource projections for records management projects.

    Train team members on records management tasks, policies, and procedures.

    Monitor filing accuracy and compliance to IQVIA or customer file plans and SOPs.

    Conduct and manage imaging/scanning processes and train staff on imaging/scanning processes.

    Interface with departments to support retrieval projects and ensure information needs are met. Serve as contact for internal and external clients.

    Maintain records center security to protect record integrity by ensuring compliance to SOPs.

    Collect data and assist in the preparation of statistical reports for management on all phases of record center operations.

    Administer records management systems and processes


High school diploma with 3 years experience in an office environment including 1 years’ experience in a Records Management facility; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.

  • Position requires a significant amount of writing and keyboarding involving repetitive motions with fingers and sitting for prolonged periods of time.
  • Position is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Position is required to stoop, kneel, or climb.
  • Unaided lifting of objects up to 40 pounds.
