Collaborates with business representatives, product team members, other support tiers, etc. to develop and provide appropriate level 2/3 support strategies for external and internal platform/application end users.

RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY:  Provides level 2/3 support for external and internal end users for locally-installed, third-party hosted or internet-accessible applications

•Interacts with IQVIA customers, vendors, infrastructure services personnel and/or applications development to restore service and/or correct core problems.

•Coordinates with internal and external service providers in the area of incident, problem, and change management, capacity planning and troubleshooting, representing the interests of supported customers, business groups and end-users.

•Supports vendor and customer contracts to established service level agreements.  May produce and/or assist with training and communication programs.

•Serves as a product 'features specialist' (subject matter expert) or operational 'duty manager' (point of escalation) as assigned.






Job Requirements

Candidate MUST have solid verbal and written communication skills, as demanded by interaction directly with Quintiles customers

Candidate should possess 3-4 years customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Candidate should have a solid technical background, possessing fine-tuned analytical skills, programming or relational database experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Management or business related fields preferred

May be required to perform duties outside working hours or work a non-standard shift (ie, weekends)
