This position supports the project manager position and will also be client-facing. Some tasks include updating the project sheet, coordinating IRB submission packages, responding to project questions as needed, writing tickets, managing tasks, and reaching out daily to our PM team to help. A few key qualities for this position include being proactive, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced content/data entry
    • Digitization of complex paper documents
  • Final Tier of QC
    • Final verification of content/data accuracy prior to submission to regulatory board
  • Project Management Support, including but not limited to:
    • System user access control
    • Manage project activity in task management system
    • Maintain project documentation
    • Prepare and manage regulatory submissions and communications
    • Trial closeout process
      • Communicate and provide clients with appropriate documentation and data
  • Helpdesk support
    • Interact directly with customers to identify problems, replicate them, and troubleshoot for root cause.
    • Consider site-specific information like hardware, operating system, and user requirements to appropriately resolve problems
  • Client communications
    • Email & status calls
  • Project metrics
    • Assisting project manager with project projections and revenue recognition
  • Project invoicing
    • Generating and approving invoices for services rendered

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have responsibility for managing people

Education Requirement:

  • Advanced degree preferred or commensurate experience
