The Project Support Specialist role focuses on tracking our delivery to the contractual requirements and avoiding penalties.  Additionally, the nature of running the client's entire portfolio of studies brings unique portfolio alignment and reporting responsibilities beyond a typical study by study approach.

  • Maintaining account level Initiatives tracker to deliver contractual requirements (weekly meeting/updates)
  • Collation of Program Reports from study teams for client review
  • Coordinator of milestone alignment/reconciliation with CTMS; especially important for new data quality metric
  • Manages CTMS data feed escalations and safety reporting/Triage
  • Maintains project summary tracker (upcoming baselines, clarity updates (client study report for our sales), milestones, enrollment/site activation, etc.)
  • Study team follow-up and dissemination of information for consistency across the portfolio
  • Training administrator role for team
  • Provides JOC slide formatting and agenda management
  • Provides SharePoint updates for account level information shared across operational and account teams

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Above average problem-solving skills
  • Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Advanced level software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and problem solve
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Above average organizational skills

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time
  • May require occasional travel
