Sales Enablement Manager. Accountable for management of Lifecycle Safety (LCS) Customer Messaging providing excellence in support of new and existing business opportunities as assigned by senior staff, covering single or multiple Lifecycle Safety functions. Provide leadership and accountability for customer-facing collateral and operational support to deliver key customer messages, working cross-functionally and across the opportunity lifecycle, integrating lifecycle safety core message delivery into customer facing material, presentations and meetings. Collaborate with senior managers to implement strategic initiatives and ensure global consistency.

Essential Functions

  • Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects./programs
  • Collaborate on and lead multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide leadership structure for customer service interface from scoping stage, through proposal generation, bid defence to service delivery; and throughout the development and commercial life cycle of the product.
  • Work with sales and proposals to ensure rapid, seamless, tailored responses to opportunities. Drive business growth by improving customer loyalty through enhanced customer relations, service delivery excellence and excellent customer communication.
  • Provide training and capabilities presentations as required,
  • Supporting Project Managers, Operational and Executive Management with adHoc presentation requirements, creation of new service line materials, customer and bid defense meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining approach for LCS and Integrated Tech Opportunity, Metrics and Statistics Tracking.
  • Strategic LCS support to align with Compliance Team
  • Build out of new service offering messaging
  • Slide Library Owner
  • Developing and updating differentiated Customer Messaging
  • Go To Market and Webinar Content Delivery
  • Perform Competitive Intel and Market Research
  • Bid Defense and Customer Meeting Support & Content Developer.
  • Main point of contact for Integrated Messaging for Compliance and Technology Partners
  • Coordinate Service Line updates for Proposal Text review cycles
  • Update Service Line collateral, customer facing material and proposals artefacts
  • Provide training and development and ongoing support for Project Managers


  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field and 3 years post marketing experience including 2 years project management experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Fluent in English.


  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.
  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech.
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Will require occasional travel.
