The Process Specialist will analyze business requirements for new and existing clients and translate into process detail for implementation by Service Delivery, PMO, and Support.  In addition, the Process Specialist will analyze current processes and work with team leaders to identify areas for improvement.  The position supports all teams and manages projects from initiation through implementation.  Responsible for developing new processes, refining existing ones, and standardizing all process across teams. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analytical & advisory skills to be considered the 'Subject Matter Expert'
  • Deliver polished and well-versed information and presentations to internal and external clients
  • Provide process expertise in client meetings during all phases of a project's life cycle
  • Research best practices for process enhancements across teams
  • Assess whether projects will be handled under the core team business or project team
  • Work with client teams to set up effective quality processes to meet client needs
  • Prepare project plans for the implementation of new process requirements and changes to existing processes; manage and ensure successful implementation of processes
  • Contribute to Business Testing of IQVIA systems
  • Must be organized and driven to accomplish goals by specified timelines
  • Work across departments to ensure new processes can be supported by IQVIA infrastructure
  • Required to relate and interact with all corporate departments
  • Identify and provide documentation of process inefficiencies; spearhead cost savings initiatives
  • Build consensus in cross client process and technology initiatives
  • Create SOP's, Flowcharts, Communications  for current and updated processes
  • Responsible for tracking and monitoring all change management through Central Operations approval process
  • Appropriately handle confidential company information

Education or Equivalent:

  • College degree
  • Minimum two years project management experience

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, technical,  and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • Ability to analyze information and make recommendations based on analysis
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at different stages in lifecycle
  • Ability to effectively communicate processes to clients and translate client business needs into process solutions
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook
