We are currently looking for a Field Manager to join our Global Primary Intelligence team in Milan.

Our Primary Intelligence business offers a faster, more efficient alternative to traditional market research. We add depth to what our clients already know about global prescribers and the healthcare landscape by getting insight from the ones who really matter to clients’ business, by combining primary market research (PMR) with secondary data and consulting solutions, we help them drive better business performance at a lower cost

As a Field Manager you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of field activities for multi-country quantitative and qualitative studies for clients in the Life Sciences industry

Responsibilities 

  • Supporting the Commercial teams throughout IQVIA in:
    • obtaining field quotations
    • liaising with external field suppliers
    • preparing field and pharmacovigilance instructions for projects
    • organising briefing and de-briefing interviews with field partners and moderators
    • ensuring smooth running of field projects using internal processes (pricing sheets, storage of materials in line with GPDR rulings, etc.)
  • Liaising with the team responsible for project management
  • Liaise with colleagues from consulting teams, PI teams, Real World Evidence teams both in Italy and across the globe to provide support and advice of best practices in PMR fielding and processes
  • Co-operating with off-shore teams and field teams in other parts of the globe to ensure efficient running of multicountry projects

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree educated (ideally MSc), preferably in Economics, Statistics or Marketing
  • 1-2 year previous experience in Primary Market Research industry would be advantageous
  • You must be eligible to living and work in Italy without visa sponsorship
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a perfectionist with a keen desire to get things right ‘first time’
  • Fluency in English is essential, other language skills would be useful but are not essential
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work willingly and effectively with others to accomplish team goals
  • Keenness to work in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional prioritization skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Experienced Microsoft Office user
