We are looking for an experienced Player Manager who will manage and coach a national team of 6 Key Account Managers in Women’s health, whilst also working the London KAM role themselves – a split role.

This role will be to provide field training and coaching to experienced Key Account Managers and will also be responsible for developing your own key accounts across a focused territory; the successful individual will be a strong collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to multi-task and overcome challenges and will thrive in an environment where hands on involvement, creativity, flexibility and resourcefulness are essential.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of sales success in Pharmaceutical sales

Demonstrable background in coaching/training; line management experience advantageous

Strong key account management background

Commercial, sales and scientific acumen with a focus on selling skills and personal competencies

Strong scientific/academic background and qualifications.

Excellent communicator in 1 to 1, and group presentation settings

Collaborative style & good team player

Good ‘educator’ skills to augment a strong sales/commercial background

Self-motivated and driven

ABPI qualified

UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points)
