We are excited to announce we are looking for Part-TimeSales Representatives to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.   In this role, you will be a member of a Part-Time sales team working 19 hours per week.
Part-Time Sales Representative
Are you an experienced sales representative looking for the ideal work life balance?  Do you understand how to maximize your impact on customers efficiently and effectively?  The primary objective of this new sales representative position is to meet established sales goals including market share objectives by promoting a full line of prescription products to targeted HIV Physicians.  The sales representative will be responsible for executing national, regional and local promotional activities. These promotional campaigns will be designed to advance HIV sales in specific product lines and therapeutic areas.  The successful representative will demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory strategically while working part-time. A high degree of customer focus is mandatory, and the part-time sales representative must be a positive team player, since you will be working alongside a full-time team. 
  • Participate and successfully complete all required training on an on-going basis and keep current with market and competitive products knowledge
  • Generate/support sales in line with assigned territory quota/responsibilities
  • Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
  • Maintain/operate in a professional manner representing the customer and customer products
  • Understand Prescriber needs through establishing relationships via appropriate call planning
  • Plan and organize territory to meet sales and call targets goals under direction of management
  • Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity (when applicable)
  • Deliver full compliance with promotional program(s), and proper use of promotional materials and promotional expense budgets within all pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Have appropriate interaction with co-promotional partners or counterparts if applicable

Job Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
  • Prior healthcare/pharma sales experience -  Minimum 3 years required
  • Infectious Disease/HIV experience optimal
  • Business-to-business or field direct sales experience a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and generate demand within an assigned geography
  • Documented success in prior field pharmaceutical sales roles
  • Excellent organization, oral presentation and communication skills
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and execute the selling process in a manner that is concise, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive; and which leads to the customer taking action
