IQVIA Technology Solutions develops and markets life sciences-focused enterprise technology solutions including Orchestrated Customer Engagement, Master Data Management, Content Management, Social Listening, BI and Reporting, and Compliance solutions. 

The Technology Solutions growth strategy is reliant on developing a network of external IS partners to accelerate our growth in the marketplace. We’ve made large corporate commitments to utilize the sales force technology across our commercial and R&D business.  

As the Partner Account Director, Sales Force, you will develop and maintain key relationships to drive partner growth within the region.


You will manage on behalf of IQVIA our relationship with Sales Force.

  • Conduct (3) quarterly business reviews with partners, and make proactive partner plan adjustments to meet quarter over quarter revenue growth commitments
  • Responsible for SFDC Community of Practice around SFDC Implementations thru the Technology divisions. Ensure that there is a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensure it's in line with the IQVIA strategic direction
  • Set and manage revenue targets and work with partners and IQVIA sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals
  • Work together with IQVIA sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop sales opportunities that drive measurable results
  • Execute joint collaborative initiatives / joint planning with partners
  • Attend key partners conference to show support and alignment and look for new business
  • Maintain strategic alignment with Salesforce
  • Monitor contract performance and report
  • Communicate changes to the partner program to all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and manage execution of go-to-market activities with Salesforce and our marketing department (e.g. webinars, field events)
  • Direct complex negotiations with Salesforce
  • Manage relationships of Salesforce with all levels and departments within IQVIA
