Job Description

Seeking a strong Multichannel Marketing Operations Manager to join a Multichannel Marketing COE client team as they build and deliver customer centric business capabilities while driving a competitive advantage for their brands. This role will focus on all aspects of Multichannel Marketing Operations. 

This role is accountable to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and overseeing all factors that affect the Campaign Operations success, communicating status with regular frequency while identifying and managing risks and issues. Candidates should have a solid understanding of multichannel marketing requirements and interdependencies.  Familiarity with agile project management for multichannel marketing is preferred.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working within a large, matrix organization and has a strong ability to navigate complex business structures.  

Key Tasks and Deliverables:

  • Successful management of the day-to-day operations and management of MCE agencies and vendor partners
  • Ensuring clear communications and flawless delivery across channels and programs ​
  • Successful execution of the key brand deliverables as measured by
    • Actual vs Planned in-market delivery
    • Actual vs Planned costs/budget
      • Development of, and adherence to, overall project and planning timelines/plans
      • Identifying and managing channel interdependencies (website, emails campaigns banners, call center initiatives, social media, direct mail and print, SEO, and SEM etc.)
      • Manages internal & external stakeholders against the project plan deliverables
      • Manages development of specific documentation: BRD, FSD,TSD; tagging, linking & URL matrices; etc.
      • Coordination and input for MCE Deployment Grid (timing & document maintenance ownership)
      • Maintaining and communicating MCE status report
      • Maintaining MCE budgets and reconciliations of planned vs actual costs  
      • Archiving of vendor SOWs and contracts (e.g. executed vendor agreements)
      • Successful management of assets through the medical, legal, regulatory review process (ZINC platform knowledge a plus)
  • Coordination and input for Media Asset Roadmap (timing & document maintenance ownership)
  • Cost and effort validations for SOW development

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Required
  • Pharmaceutical Operations Experience (including MLR): Required
  • Full understanding of medical/legal/regulatory process for pharma approvals highly preferred Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in multichannel promotion highly preferred
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate: Preferred
  • MS Project
  • Experience with multichannel production lifecycle (creative, development, UAT, deployment) required

Experience with multichannel promotion (web, banners, engagement programs, direct mail, email, copay, teleservices, call centers, search, third party programs
