  • Work with the Maintenance Lead to finalize a granular definition of Maintenance Activities
  • Work with the Maintenance Lead to refine and simplify current documented processes for Maintenance that accounts for answering ambiguity in role designation, step description and median cycle time Coordinate with OCM Lead to ensure alignment from all business leads feedback is integrated into updated processes and SOP’s
  • Create a comprehensive backlog analysis of Maintenance Activities and a plan of action to eliminate
  • Develop and maintain project and program plans for identified areas of optimization across all LEAN programs
  • Work with the Data Science Lead to create a LEAN process that integrates LEAN principles and metrics
  • Create governance and reporting for all transformational programs
  • Anticipate obstacles and impediments to effective pull through of Site Activation Operational Excellence Transformation (SAOPEXT) Programs and develop mitigation and escalation plans as required
  • Coordinate with Technology Lead to identify areas of optimization and improvement for Maintenance processes Coordinate with OCM Lead to drive people transformation changes (communications and timing) necessary for optimized roll out
  • Work with the Data Science and OCM Leads to determine appropriate pilot and program: proof points; inclusion criteria; execution metrics; timing
  • Ensure proficiency by working with the Training Lead to ensure that all site activation roles are trained with the changes brought about by Site Activation Operational Excellence Transformation (SAOPEXT) Programs
  • Create a clear and precise pricing model for Maintenance Activities based on updated roles and responsibilities
  • Create a less complex change control process and materials integrating feedback from the Project Leadership and PMA Organizations

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • 2+ years of process, organization and/or project management experience
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Healthcare
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 4-year undergraduate or more advanced degree

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel may be required
  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time
