IQVIA’s Real World Insights team is currently recruiting for an Intern position in Singapore. The successful student applicant will have the opportunity to work with experienced consultants to support the design, development and delivery of consulting projects to our healthcare clients. This experience will provide knowledge of methods, procedures and standards which gives to professional development and imparts bona fide education experience. This job is for a fixed duration not to exceed 6 months, with no guarantee to subsequent employment with the company.

Assignment Scope & Learning Opportunities:

(Under the guidance of Consultants/Engagement Leads)

  • Shadowing stakeholders such as Clinical Project Manager, Data Scientist on their day-to-day tasks
  • Assist in providing insights from multiple RWE data-sets (disease registries) through visualization and storytelling
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Learning functions and projects under the close supervision of a various IQVIA functional expertise
  • Opportunity to work on your own project or assignment and exposure to Lung Cancer Registry and Liver Cancer Registry
  • Assist with any other task based on business needs

Skills & Experience Required

  • An ongoing Undergraduate or Master degree (life sciences preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good proficiency in English (Proficiency in Chinese, Korean or Japanese language is a plus but not mandatory)
