As an Incident Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance for service level and operational level agreements with Foresight's customer(s) by working with the global managed services and consulting teams.

Some responsibilities include:
  • End-to-end ITIL Processes – Incidents, service requests, problem management
  • Critical Incident Manager
  • Provide key data updates on status to Stakeholders
  • Developing contingency scenarios through the use of the planning tools
  • Project Time Management
  • US Contact for Global ITS Maintenance and IT Services Activities and Deliverables
  • US Stakeholder coordination and communication for critical issues and requests
  • Owner for SLA and Process Adherence
  • Incident prioritization and resolution
  • Global SLA and Metrics Reporting
  • Monitoring, SLA, KPI’s
  • Escalation Management
  • Liaise with SDM for overall Delivery Model Governance


Job Requirements

Education/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher; Project Management Certification desired
  • Experience working for a Consulting/Professional Services organization, preferably in an FDA regulated biotech/pharma/med device industry (Life Sciences industry)
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a project management capacity with global team management responsibilities
  • Strong organization, communication (written and verbal) and computer skills (solid skills with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
