  • Payroll execution in cooperation with external providers, SPOC for providers and employees
  • Benefits analysis and management (incl. pension)
  • Support HRBP in merit, salary increase and bonus cycles
  • Implementation of changes in collective and local agreements reflected in payroll
  • Optimization of payroll processes and routines
  • Liaise with Finance teams and HRBP (e.g. KPI reporting, people cost management)
  • Absence management, including internal and external reporting
  • Support with internal and external audits
  • Special projects: lead integration of payroll systems after merger and acquisitions , support with integration of benefit plans of acquired companies, support with the analysis of compensation and benefits in Due Diligence processes
  • On-boarding of employees: offer letters and employment contracts until fully transitioned to the HRPSC, Workday management
  • Link between the HRPSC and local HR
  • Audited letter form HRPSC
  • Support manager with recruitment, onboarding and exit
  • Support and Educate manager in Workday
  • Responsible for the Nordic HR mailbox- answer questions from manager and employees
  • Support HR manager when BU reviews


Job Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
  • Good knowledge of legislation and regulations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Ability to work within procedures and  to work within deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to be flexible during month and year end closings.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma and proven experience as a Nordic payroll and benefit specialist
