IQVIA is recruiting for a Medical Affairs Manager based predominately in the UK with extended travel to their offices in Marlow (2 days a week) and Singapore (approx. 3 times a year).

You will be responsible for receipt, tracking, and fulfillment of contract requests for International projects; Draft contracts based on requests received from various functions supported by Global Medical Operations. Coordinate negotiation discussions with internal functions (e.g. Medical function responsible for the contract, Compliance, Legal, R&D Procurement, etc.) and external parties (e.g. consultant, clinical site, HCP, etc.) and ensure efficiency and due diligence in reviewing and tackling redlines and/or contract revisions; Provide guidance to project owners on consistent approach for handling external party requests and establish subject matter expertise on Medical business terms; Liaise with Legal and other corporate functions to address revisions and/or escalations; Work closely with Legal department in addressing third party comments or requests that may need further interpretation vis-à-vis corporate legal requirements. Maintain contract documentation in respective systems. Manage contract templates for Medical and liaise with Legal department in the creation of new or revision of existing contract templates to address changes in business process and requirements or incorporate new legal or regulatory requirements.

Candidates must have the following:
Bachelor’s Degree level or higher
Working Experience of 5 years required
Minimum 2 years’ experience with contracts management and study operations preferred
Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry experience (preferred)
