Job Duties
 
Key components of the responsibilities are as mentioned below:
•         Provide application Implementation/Configuration/ Validation expertise on adverse event reporting products including Argus Safety, ArisG and related modules.
•         Configure the solution using relevant tools or system applications based on the solution definition and customer requirements.
•         Requirements analysis/authoring and accountability of various deliverables (Requirement Documents, Configuration Documents, UFRS, URS, FRS, Test Strategy, Test Scripts etc.)
•         Provide the configuration solution during a project's lifecycle (development, testing, post production stages of project)
•         Execute according to the cross-phase procedures and plans such as Defect Management Plan, Change Control Procedure, Document Management Plan and Training Plan
•         Conduct conference room pilots and proof of concepts to understand the effectiveness of the solution; incorporate feedback into the solution
•         Closely work with clients to support implementation and resolve issues
 
 
Education & Other Qualifications
 
BSc/BE/MSc/ME degree
 
Essential Skills
 
•         2-5 years of professional experience as Technical Business Analyst
•         Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to be successful in the role
•         Ability to define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
•         Advanced knowledge of RDBMS, SQL Concepts and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-point, Visio etc.)
•         Good knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. Testing, User Acceptance, Database oriented
•         Applications, Configurable Applications) Strong analytical skills with an ability & interest in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•         Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
•         Delivery focused - managing schedules and timelines
•         Ability to define and document customer business functions and processes
•         Work with functional leads to understand business requirements and become an SME for a specific area
•         Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Displays energy, enthusiasm, drive and stamina
•         International travel readiness, work hours that overlap global client location time-zones
 


Job Requirements

Nice to Have Skills
 
•         Previous experience with associated modules like Argus J, AgExchange/ESM
•         Experience in customizing E2B profiles
•         Experience in configuring Aggregate and Periodic reports
•         Knowledge of regulatory guidelines from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), EMA and PMDA
