Directs implementation of Global Business Operations/CSMG strategic initiatives.  Executes project plans and stakeholder engagement strategies ensuring successful and timely implementation of complex global initiatives.  Develops and manages collaborative relationships with a primary focus on efficiency and process optimization.


-  Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leadership to improve efficiencies, initiative outcomes, and quality reporting for Global Business Operations, CSMG through initiative execution.

-  Participate in or lead corporate or Business Unit quality or process improvement initiatives as needed.

-  Effectively collaborate with global management team regarding project and team related challenges.

-  Consult, advise, coordinate, and implement various aspects of stakeholder engagement and communication efforts.

-  Participate in efforts to resolve appropriate personnel issues and conflict management.

-  Define and remain current with goals and overall expectations increasing team knowledge and skills.

-  Ensure consistency, strategy alignment, and global compliance with agreed enhancements and process improvement achievements.

-  Maintain overarching knowledge of project work streams supporting goal achievement.

-  Ensure stakeholders maintain understanding and positive impression of business strategy for global objectives.

-  Ensure work stream leads have appropriate materials, system access, representation, and training to complete job responsibilities.

-  Contribute to the development and delivery of broad strategic objectives related to evolving key influencers through:

•  Identification of and defining gaps from available resources internally and externally.

•  Relay relevant information/insights to appropriate cross-functional teams and work      streams including   implications.  Make recommendations as required.

 • Partner with key internal stakeholders to identify actionable insights.

 • Utilize insights to inform strategic engagement with evolving key stakeholders.

•  Improve Global Customer Management Strategy and Solutions standards and track improvement of departmental processes through data collection and metrics.

-  Provide advice, support, and guidance and serve as a mentor to colleagues and work stream leads as needed.

-  Participate in customer meetings or other duties as needed.



-  Experience developing and contributing to delivery of broad global strategies related to evolving key influencers. 

-  Ability to effectively relay relevant information/insight to appropriate global cross-functional teams including implications and make recommendations based on experience and current state.

-  Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and overarching understanding of costing models.

-  Ability to successfully lead and manage multiple day to day projects.

-  Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.

-  Creative, innovative thinker with strong strategic mindset and understanding of business and customer needs.

-  Possess superior communication skills (both oral and written), above average analytical skills, sound presentation skills, and be able to engender trust and respect of peers, global teams, and leadership.


-  Degree in Business Management or other related discipline and 12 years related experience with 4 years line management experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

-  1-3 years of relevant strategic development and/or implementation of stakeholder/customer engagement strategies required.

- Pharmaceutical/Clinical Research experienced is highly beneficial


-Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech

-Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers

-Regular sitting for extended periods of time

-Occasional travel
