Director, Partner Excellence
US - East Coast

The Technology Solutions division of IQVIA develops, markets, and implements healthcare-focused enterprise software applications to help life sciences customers drive their business from molecule to market.

Our Partnerships team engages 3rd parties such as System Integrators, Technology Vendors, Data Partners, and Agencies to build mutually beneficial, trusted relationships in order to accelerate growth within the Global Technology Solutions business. Each partner provides a unique value proposition to IQVIA through their services or solutions, and our goal is to maximize the return while building win-win relationships. A culture of continuous improvement within the Partnerships organization is necessary to continually enable both internal and external stakeholders to drive the most value.

As the  Director, Partnerships Excellence, you will look across all partner types to establish and govern processes, measurement approaches, and other standards that enable a high-functioning Partnerships organization. Scope includes but is not limited to the overall Partner Program, Partner Portal, and Reporting/KPI's.

Specifically, you will:

- Provide guidance and direction to Account Managers to ensure strategic objectives of the portfolio of accounts are being met

- Proactively identify, prioritize and recommend process improvement opportunities to help improve daily operations of the organization, from both an internal and external interaction

- Enable capabilities to establish and govern standards and processes that will drive a high-functioning Partnerships organization

- Work with respective account directors and managers to define and formalize standards and best practices

- Lead development of long-term vision and framework around partner measurement by establishing KPI programs

- Develop tailored reports & analyses and coordinate performance reviews with appropriate stakeholders

- Own and maintain Partner Program structure inclusive of tiering/levels, program fees, training costs, and other partner enablement aspects

- Serve as business owner of Partner Portal by driving alignment across internal stakeholders to ensure partner needs are met

- Develop and maintain partner onboarding approach to drive consistent experiences

- Oversee the standardization and execution of contracts and templates

- Provide direction and counseling for team members


- 5-7 years' experience in a process improvement or management consulting role

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies

- Self-starter with excellent collaboration and communication skills

- Strong root cause analysis capabilities, with the ability to collect and analyze data to solve complex problems

- Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Prior direct line management experience a plus

- Recognized process improvement training (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) a plus

- Knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry and/or SaaS Technology a plus

- BS/BA Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
