Role Overview:

Work with all Site Activation OPEX team members to develop optimized processes and tools that reflect a LEAN methodology and ensure that reporting and metrics needs for sponsors are vetted, consolidated and simplified. Success is measured by the ability of Site Activation Operational Excellence Transformation (SAOPEXT) Programs to meet their end goal of 200 days median cycle time with a high stakeholder feedback score, EBIDTA and will ultimately lead to increased sales tied to a higher customer satisfaction and experience.

Responsibilities:

Work with the OCM lead to create critical success metrics that will integrate into the comprehensive communication plan and will measure the effectiveness of the change management strategy  Work with the Technology and LEAN Leads to create a LEAN process and supporting technology system that integrates LEAN principles and metrics For all Site Activation Operational Excellence Transformation (SAOPEXT) Programs work with the Technology, LEAN, Resourcing and OCM Leads to determine appropriate pilot and program proof points Work with the Resourcing and LEAN leads to develop productivity metrics for optimizing resourcing Work with Site Activation BU Leads in Americas, APAC and EMEA  to create consolidated and vetted reporting metrics for sponsor reporting across all Site Activation BU’s Work with the OCM Lead to ensure optimal adoption of centralized metrics by leveraging best practices in OCM Create leading and lagging KPI’s for the SA OPEX Team to determine the path to 200 days Create executive metrics showing program and SA LT success

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy and science
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Healthcare
  • Strong leadership and partner skills, focusing on a strong alignment to stakeholder needs and organization evolution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 4-year undergraduate or more advanced degree

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel may be required
  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time
