We currently require a motivated, creative and enthusiastic medical professional to join our rapidly growing international medical affairs division as a clinical training manager, our current need is that of medical professionals with either a background as a Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner or Nurse who have training experience in both a surgical setting and diabetes management.

As our specialist Clinical Training Manager your will work to provide training to physicians on the insertion and removal of a sensor  which provides a new way to continuously monitor glucose levels around-the-clock.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide training on sensor insertion and removal procedures to physicians
  • Instruct physicians on aseptic technique, maintenance of sterile field, and performing procedures while maintaining aseptic technique
  • Ensure that physicians have completed full certification requirements before proceeding with patient insertions and removals.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales representatives and Clinical Application Leadership to plan clinic onboarding appointments
  • Document training provided to doctors in  Quality Management System
  • Report adverse event and complaint information within time restrictions
  • Participate in regular team conference calls; responsible for teaching current procedure training from corporate office
  • Participate in ‘ride alongs’ and evaluations from Clinical Application Leadership

Job Requirements


  • Medical doctor, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or nurse
  • Bilingual in English and local language
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of two years professional experience in relevant field preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in surgical setting preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience training or teaching healthcare professionals preferred
  • Minimum one year industry experience preferred
