Role Details:

The Manager, Clinical Operations provides day to day operational support working dedicated on one of IQVIA’s global flexible resourcing (GFR) models.

As a direct reporting line, you will provide supervision, support, guidance, mentoring, coaching and counselling to your team of clinical professionals on a day to day basis. You will also be the primary local contact for the client in relation to resourcing, assignment of personnel, employee performance and performance delivery, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Individual and Team Line Management
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Resourcing and Onboarding

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrable experience in and commitment to the life sciences and/or healthcare industries
  • Previous line management experience with a proven track record of leadership, mentoring and people development
  • Previous experience monitoring clinical trials
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of employment legislation or general people management
  • Experience working within a GFR business model is highly desirable
