 Position Purpose

In order to realize our vision we are looking for a Associate Manager, Data Production, Greece who will be responsible for managing Production activities, turning our unparalleled big data into meaningful services for our clients.

He/She will be managing day-by-day operations to ensure our delivery is best-in class for quality and value for our clients. Role will be also responsible for establishing a clear vision for the future, focusing on process automation and optimization, re-definition our database design to meet future needs and Production implementation of new products launch.

Accountability

•       Designs or modifies database designs and implementation processes to address existing and future Clients’ needs and works to ensure databases meet required operational standards and performance levels.

•       Cleanses, integrates and evaluates large datasets from multiple disparate sources.

•       Takes responsibility for the quality of service delivered to clients, ensuring clients obtain maximum value from products and services. Answers client queries and collaborates with internal teams to get data in client-desired formats. Performs impact assessments; ensures all maintenance is performed in line with rules and protocols; monitors and reports the accuracy of IQVIA audits over time; validates quality control processes and implements new QC procedures.

•       Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers. Interacts primarily with internal stakeholders.

•       Manages project planning for effective data extraction, transformation and loading between different systems and databases as requested by other internal departments; designs and develops programming methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement; provides programming support for statisticians, clients or additional business needs such as safety reporting, patient data reviews, and risk mitigation.

•       Defines and implements procedures and automation processes to monitor and control data collection job flow to ensure on-time product delivery and ensures existing database and system data is accurate and up-to-date.

•       Identifies and implements potential process improvements; completes ad-hoc analysis, data gathering, and research to support Operational Effectiveness teams. Collaborates with Statistical Office for process optimization, as required; monitors and troubleshoots process issues; liaises with BU to monitor and ensure the effective operation and utilization of integrated solutions by all employees.

•       Facilitates the strategic development of new business developing/supporting innovative strategic resourcing models. Leads, supports, and partners with business unit teams in new product development efforts and launch including management of SW & HW system upgrades & platform changes

•       Leads expansion to other markets as required and creates synergies across offerings within local IQVIA

•       Manages the operational aspects of projects and programs and ensuring all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), policies, and practices; may lead projects between business and client teams. 

Reporting line: Mgr, Production&Client Service

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

•       5+ years in working in similar positions with proven successful track record.

•       Experience in managing people and leading complex projects at multi-country level.
