Role overview
The position will assist in the creation, management, and delivery of learning and development courses. The position will support operational teams with process related questions; and where applicable, facilitate innovative solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Perform day-to-day delivery and administration of learning and development (L&D) programs according to established policies and procedures
  • Support the continuous development of learning solutions by managing expectations of the stakeholders and the availability of consultative resources
  • With guidance, provide process support and advice to employees and management teams either locally, regionally, globally or by function. Share best practices
  • Support the integration of learning technologies. Propose & implement innovative solutions
  • Develop team relationships with other departments to ensure the learning solutions work well with other systems, and ancillary products
  • Proactively participate in process improvement and redesign initiatives
  • With guidance, maintain and review process documentation and guidelines

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience
  • Effective training or mentoring skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
  • Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure results are on-time
  • Experience in the Healthcare Industry with a regulated Life Science / Contract Research Organization (CRO) a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
