Job Description

As a member of the Consultative Solutions Team, the role requires trial experience in Trial Management & Operations, which will provide the deep understanding of the unique challenges of our general market and our individual prospects/clients. A preference is for industry experience of using StudyOptimizer. 

• Support hands-on support in product use and roll-out, inclusive of client adoption of our products including stakeholder, user and business process assessment, change management and hands-on knowledge transfer within client organizations to achieve desired outcomes and fast adoption and continued retention. 
• Provide consultative support and solutions in the use and adaption of the CTOS products (primarily StudyOptimizer and SiteOptimizer) in the daily challenge of planning studies and their increasing complex designs and active trial management.
• Identify and consult on areas of process integration and innovation that can be impacted and/or improved though use of the CTOS product suite
• Assist clients with creation and implementation of best practices
• Work in partnership with Product Offerings, Development, Training Consultants and Sales to assess client’s business gaps and requirements. Subsequently identify, display and “sell” the value of the CTOS product suite as it relates to a specific customer needs and their extension across more users and wider portfolio/business adoption.

• Engage in discovery and consultative knowledge transfer for use of the CTOS products to CTOS customers within their business and specific workflows (e.g., large and mid-sized Pharma, Biotech and CROs)
• Support custom enterprise adoption projects and early pilot/proof of concept services on an as needed basis 
• As SMEs, offer support to the Training Consultants to develop effective training offerings to meet customer needs as identified in customer facing engagements and consultative projects. 
• Support business growth by delivering product overview and demonstrations to support Sales and Marketing (Note: sales support but no associated revenue) 
• Support business growth through identification and delivery of service offerings (feasibility; enrollment planning, site identification)
• Develop content for webinars, articles and industry presentations as a thought leader in clinical operations such as site selection, enrollment planning, operational validity on protocol design etc
• Outline adoption, rollout and training requirements for customers with a focus on impact to process and stakeholders
• With a focus on change management, share and implement best practices to drive client success
• Deliver change management and business process workshops
• Influence and support product development by validating/refining product requirements, challenging/validating UI designs and testing during development with the goal ensuring features are user-appropriate
