・顧客との関係強化のため、Business Development部門/サービス提供部門(モニタリング部門)と協働による、カスタマーロイヤルティー向上とパートナーシップ形成
・モニタリング部門など、サービスを提供するチームにおける、ポリシーや手順の遵守、成果物とその納期、トレーニングの履行の確認とそのバックアップ

Job Requirements

<必須>
・ BtoBにおける交渉・調整・文書作成・プレゼンテーションのご経験
・ 臨床開発関連、または、ライフサイエンス業界の経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力

・ PM/BDなどの経験


-Strong verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects/task
-Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics. 
-Experience or knowledge in clinical development
