An exciting opportunity has arisen within IQVIA’s UK-based Talent Acquisition team: we are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to join our team in the Reading, Berkshire office. In your role as Apprentice Recruitment Administrator you will work alongside a team of recruitment experts, providing support to a variety of business functions, ranging from Sales to Research & Development, and from Consulting to IT solutions.

As an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator, daily duties will include the following:


•         Identify and register candidates using appropriate methods


•         Advertise and update job positions in line with company procedures using a range of media


•         Monitor responses/applications received


•         Shortlist suitable candidates against defined job vacancies


•         Assist in the recruitment and selection processes


•         Provide first line support for all enquiries


•         Accurately record candidate and client information on the recruitment database


•         Utilise database information in line with relevant legislation and best practice


•         Complete general administration duties


•         Meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (e.g. interviews arranged, candidates sourced, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS AND PROSPECTS

 

Desired skills


•         Confident communicator with very good written and oral communication skills


•         Demonstrate a high degree of discretion and confidentiality


•         Good analytical skills, judgment and attention to details


•         Computer literate: competent user of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint


•         Digital marketing skills and experience using applicant tracking systems (beneficial but not necessary)

•         Well presented with a professional demeanour.

 

Desired qualifications


•         GCSE Maths & English grades A-C or equivalent.


•         3 A-Level (or equivalent) desired.
