Job Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst will work across the clinical technology division of IQVIA.
The primary responsibilities of this person will be to align with multiple business units to create, track, and maintain sensitive contracting documents. The Sales Operations analyst will work with finance to assist in the reconciliation of closed business.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for:
• Assist in the creation, drafting, and review of sales contracts from start to finish
• Research market pricing and pricing of vendors for proposals and reporting
• Gather, examine, and analyze sets of data from multiple sources in order to refine and improve proposals, presentations, and improve the overall lead management processes
• Assist with process upkeep, such as SOP building, MSA log maintenance, and CRM report
• Work to help reconcile business
• Work within processes (with an eye towards continuous improvement) to coordinate the seamless hand-off of orders between the sales team and operations
• Provide ongoing administrative support to Division Sales and Operations leadership in the form of meeting scheduling, agenda development, meeting notes and related information roll-up duties.
• Additional duties as requested by management

Minimum Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred

Skill Requirements:

  • Must be customer focused and have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High energy, flexible, responsible self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Able to think independently, and to analyze and solve problems creatively
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Experience with excel, able to write generic formulas in excel
