We are excited to announce that IQVIA is now entering the payor space. In partnership with our client, Clover Health, we are looking for Health Sales Representatives to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions, making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. We are seeking only the very best representatives to ensure that this unique opportunity is another resounding success.

Clover Health is a Medicare Advantage health plan reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy to keep members healthy. In this role, you'll be on the front lines helping Clover roll out its proprietary point-of-care Clover Assistant software application, a first-of-its-kind tool to equip primary care providers with a patient's full longitudinal record of care, AI-enabled decision support tools, and comprehensive care plans.

The Clover Assistant is designed to improve care outcomes by providing participating providers with real-time access to actionable data on their patients. It aggregates and integrates health data across every spectrum of the member’s health care experience, from lab and utilization management requests to customer experience encounters. This web-based clinical decision support tool, which also analyzes patient behavior and needs, helps drive insights and showcases timely information to help providers ensure Clover members get the right care at the right time. 

The Clover Assistant has already been rolled out to hundreds of PCPs with great results and adoption, with use-rates in excess of 95%. Now, Clover has partnered with IQVIA to accelerate Clover Assistant adoption, drive Clover's engagement with untapped providers, and support membership growth. To ensure that Clover can attract best-in-class, motivated, high-performing sales leaders, successful Health Sales Representatives will be generously compensated for their work:

  • Competitive Base Pay 
  • One-time payments for each new PCP or practice who agrees to join Clover's network and begin using Clover Assistant
  • Longer term, recurring payments to reward ongoing engagement with the Clover Assistant across your entire portfolio of PCPs
  • Major bonuses for practices that you engage to go exclusive with Clover Medicare Advantage

Health Sales Representative

The Health Sales Representative is responsible for calling on targeted providers to drive adoption of the Clover Assistant and foster deep provider engagement over time. In this role, you'll be both an advocate for the Clover Assistant as well as an ambassador for Clover in its mission to improve the health of our members.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
  • 1+ years of experience selling in Primary Care setting required
  • Knowledge of Managed Care and Medicare Advantage plans strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Territory management/field sales experience
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
