Do you want to be part of moving healthcare further at IQVIA Nordics?

We are looking for a full-time employee to work with our market leading service “OneKey” in our Client Service team.

Start August 1st.

Location: Solna, Sweden

Commercial Customer Support

As client service you will work with existing clients in the Healthcare sector. You will work closely with our client facing team across the Nordic countries, by maintaining and building relationships with our clients.

In this role you will provide day to day guidance and support to our clients. You will have to learn some technical skills necessary to answer client queries and to maintain logs. You will also have to ensure accurate and timely communication of support issues to relevant departments within the support cycle.

The role also includes responding and picking up on opportunities for related data and services. Discussing new requests include advising and guiding clients for solutions to meet their needs in the best way as well as setting realistic client expectations. 

Key areas of responsibilities

  • Answer questions from clients on current and new deliveries within the Healthcare database
  • Research, analysis, and report creation in order to respond to client requests and inquiries.
  • Proactive client contacts
  • Hold customized client trainings and demos in current Healthcare data.
  • Report internally on projects, actions, follow up and opportunities.

Required skills and competencies.

  • Technical skills, Microsoft office package, experience to work in different kind of CRM tools and Excel.
  • Solution minded, analytical.
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills are mandatory.
  • Good social skills, experience to communicate with clients over the phone, in emails and in meetings. Also, to be comfortable to hold trainings/demos in current Healthcare data.
