Job Overview
Perform a variety of legal-related tasks under the direction of IQVIA' attorneys. Prepare initial drafts of project specific vendor contracts and Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDA), reviewing and preparing execution copies; tracking agreements in database; establish and maintain the contract files; prepare and send client correspondence.

Essential Functions
• Perform review of agreements and draft the initial revisions of project specific vendor contracts (work orders, statements of work or similar) and confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDA), while learning the IQVIA standard  terms, conditions and fallback language
• Interact with a variety of IQVIA business units and external customers to assist in negotiation of vendor agreements and/or confidential disclosure agreements (CDAs).
• Update MSA Log, distribute spreadsheet monthly and maintain MSA binder.
• Produce monthly reports on contract volumes
• Receive and distribute a variety of incoming and outgoing confidential legal correspondence and reports including execution copies of agreements.
• Undertake projects and respond to internal and external requests, forwarding issues to appropriate individuals, as needed.
• Participate in the development of department procedures.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff.
• Perform legal research and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred- Law).
• Proficient in legal research 
• Strong skills using MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent proofreading, editing and oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform independent legal research
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple priorities and meet established timelines
• Ability to review, comprehend and explain contract terms to customers
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
