Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

1. Project Management

- Incorporating requirements for highly complex regional and global projects and coordinating preliminary investigations with the specialist departments; Supporting other project leaders in the coordination of regional and global projects.

- Support and take lead on specific HR Transformation project and interventions (e.g.; Regional HR website, Culture change actives, QI integration project etc.) .

- Track, provide high quality services of project management for all HR initiatives & ensure high quality & on-time delivery.

- Timely identify potential risks and formulate and drive mitigation solutions.

- Effectively communicate and align with regional HR to ensure the success collaborative projects.

- Strong in managing big data analysis, synthesizing, effectively produce and generate HR projects progress reports, tracking, and data analytics.

- Provide support in change management, status reporting, communication, timely execution.

- make project plan, be responsible for project output for key point of project milestone, acc to procedure.

- Enable the effectiveness and make the necessary optimization on regional adoption by conducting identifying key observations, feedback and make recommendation to global/ regional leadership team, and driving those recommendations to realization.

- Key player in other talent related projects/topics as assigned.

2. Facilitation

- Prepare presentation materials required project level at Asia & Global level.

- Support APAC HRVP on strategic HR communications by working out suggestions, solutions, consolidate feedback, monitor, and follow up.

- Drive innovative solutions using digital media, e-solutions, newsletters, etc. to deploy effective communication strategy.

- Provide concrete HR analysis to monitor and measure the communication feedback and impact.

- Leverage on technology and e-solutions to support deployment and feedback consolidation.

- Work collaboratively with Corporate/Regional/HR support to streamline HR operational excellence and work across complex matrix in the region.

- Support APAC HRVP on all HR reports preparation, presentations, analytics for both internal & external meeting, at local and regional geographies.

- Support APAC HRVP on monthly tracking of HR activities, KPIs, key initiatives, to support HR analytics, consolidation, and synthesis of reporting to senior management.

- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are understood and timeframes are adhered to.

3. Reporting and data analysis

- Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly consolidation, reporting and analysis on HR data/analytics at across region including business activities at regional and global reporting.

- Taking responsibility for Annual Budgeting and Year-to-end Forecast of personnel cost for responsible companies; providing transparency on actual/budget/forecast deviations of personnel cost related P&L to related HR/Controlling/Management functions.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

- Proficient spoken and written English language skill and ability to understand and work with different cultures professionally.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of human resources policies and procedures as well as national and local laws.

- Excellent interviewing skills. Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation/ training/ demonstrations.

- Good communication skills, flexibility in different context.

- Effective relationship building skills and consultative approach, ability /experience to build up trust quickly and keep good collaboration with business.

- Professional manner and presentation and ability to set, manage and satisfy leader’s expectations through personal involvement or delegation.

- Ability to priorities tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects.
