Under direct supervision, conduct research on US managed care industry particularly with health insurance plans and maintain IQVIA Database.

• Research and create documentation on the profiled data regarding US Managed Care industry.

• Bridge Medical Claims with IQVIA Payer universe.

• Perform tasks on a daily basis to satisfy defined production target.

• Follow quality processes thoroughly on the given standard.

• Ensure requirements from LO counterparts are being met.

• Respond to client queries on a timely manner.

• Perform adhoc data analysis and process documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in any Medical Allied Courses, Business Administration, Information Technology related courses.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.

• Good analytical and problem solving skills.

• Knowledge and experience in health insurance is an advantage.

• Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management account is an advantage.       

• Preferably with call center experience.
