The Account Management team will work post-sale to cultivate senior-level relationships, provide programmatic, social, and email consultation, and ensure our clients are wildly successful on the marketing initiatives they’re running across the operating system.

Essential Functions

  • Act as the day-to-day named point of contact for a list of client accounts

  • Build relationships at each level of the organization in order to influence decision makers, aimed at increasing their share of wallet and product adoption of existing and new initiatives

  • Grow revenue for provided book of business

  • Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical space, the players in the ecosystem and the industry metrics used to measure success

  • Partner with Sales to ensure smooth transition of knowledge, client handoff, and onboarding

  • Build a deep expertise in digital media buying, leveraging your expertise to improve best practice documentation and help new team members get up to speed

  • Effectively communicate buying strategies, testing and outcomes, and new opportunities to internal and external stakeholders through strong “storytelling” and data-driven analysis

  • Identify opportunities for new client trainings, product feedback sessions, and operational efficiencies

  • Own billing and actualizations for assigned accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Three (3) years’ experience required building client relationships and growing a book of business against a revenue target

  • Knowledge of digital media buying and/or hands-on experience with programmatic buying platforms

  • Knowledge of paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook preferred

  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) preferred

  • Knowledge of agency media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email and TV preferred

  • Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and self-manage across multiple projects

  • Proficiency in breaking down complex technical problems into business solutions

  • Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams

  • Passion for working in a space that sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $95,100.00 - $142,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
