Job description

Responsabilidades y Retos de la posición
Analizar e integrar información basada en auditorías de ventas como DDD, Close Up Target y CRM, así como ejecutar procesos para el Cálculo de incentivos. Contribución en nuevas plataformas tecnológicas de análisis y resultados. Generar reportes ejecutivos como resultados del cálculo de incentivos, que contemplen MS, IE y crecimiento principalmente para la FFVV que muestre el performance obtenido.

•   Ingles intermedio-avanzado deseable (Conversacional y escrito)
•   Dominio de Excel intermedio - avanzado
•   Conocimiento de la industria farmacéutica o a fin.
•   Análisis de cambios estructurales y organizacionales (movimientos territoriales).
•   Administrar y utilizar las plataformas para la generación de reportes.
•   Generar propuestas para planes de incentivos, calcular mensualmente los incentivos de la fuerza de ventas y analizar la cobertura de incentivos contra los objetivos del cliente.
•   Trabajar en conjunto para otorgar un servicio confiable a cualquier cliente que se le asigne.
•   Administración/uso/manipulación de bases de datos y consultas, procedures (recomendable SQL SERVER)
•   Administrar nuevas plataformas utilizando lenguajes de Programación
Experiencia requerida
•   Carrera: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o Licenciatura en Informática ó a fin.
•   1 año mínimo realizando cálculo de incentivos mensual a la fuerza de ventas y conociendo el área de Efectividad de Fuerza de Ventas deseablemente en la industria farmacéutica o posición similar a lo antes mencionado.
•   Trabajo con equipos de diversos países en inglés y español.
Conocimientos, Competencias y/o Habilidades requeridas:
•   Inglés intermedio deseable (comprensión y conversacional)
•   Dominio y ágil manejo de excel (intermedio - avanzado)
•   SQL Server Intermedio - Avanzado
•   Conocimiento básico de actividades de Administración de Base de Datos.
•   Conocimiento básico deseable de SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
•   Experiencia deseable en Microsoft Analysis Services.
•   Experiencia deseable en Microsoft Reporting Services.
•   Manejo deseable de la Suite Visual Studio.
•   Experiencia deseable en Programación de C# .Net
•   Alta capacidad de análisis de datos.
•   Orientación, responsabilidad y compromiso con la calidad de resultados.
•   Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, incluidas habilidades de escritura gramatical/técnica.
•   Capacidad de síntesis y abstracción
•   Pensamiento sistémico y resolución de problemas.
•   Trabajo en equipo.
•   Manejo deseable de plataformas de auditorías DDD/ATV o afín al sector de experiencia, y Close Up Target.
•   Herramientas Deseables: Power BI (Intermedio-Avanzado), R (Intermedio-Avanzado)
