IQVIA currently has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Support Representative, to join a sales team working within a professional commercial environment, to provide customer support and deal with outbound calls.

This is an exciting opportunity for commercially aware graduate/trainee sales representative with a strong commercial sales background and a desire to start a career within Pharmaceutical Sales. Working in a positive team environment this is a great role to demonstrate your self- motivation and customer focused approach to work reactively answering customer queries, processing orders and dealing with deliveries along with making outbound calls to GP practices.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • A high level of drive, determination and persistence with a desire to exceed results
  • Previous telesales experience or customer service background
  • Able to plan efficiently
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Proven organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources and systems
  • An attitude which is positive, energetic, flexible and supportive in a challenging environment
  • Competent PC / IT skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong ethical working behaviour
  • Strong self-starter with energy and resilience
  • Graduate level education or equivalent training and experience
