In this role, you will be a vital part of the recruiting/talent acquisition team.

You will focus on 3 key areas:

  • Sourcing, contacting and qualifying high-quality candidates for the TA Specialists to screen and manage through the full recruitment life-cycle.
  • Managing data tracking, reporting and analytics through our Recruiting systems to deliver reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in the delivery of our annual Campus recruitment program.

Additionally:

Assisting in setting up, coordinating and facilitating interviews throughout the process.

There will also be the opportunity to get involved in a range of TA projects.





Qualifications

Some experience of researching and/or resourcing in a business environment.

Understanding of current recruitment processes and methodologies.

Excellent Excel skills and ideally an interest in BI and analytics.

An ability to handle high levels of detail accurately.

Comfortable talking with a wide range of people both on the telephone and face to face.

Able to build effective relationships with colleagues, working as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible, 'can-do' attitude.

Able to work tenaciously to achieve high quality results within tight time frames.

Evidence of taking responsibility and ownership for the outcome of a project and using innovative means to solve problems and overcome obstacles.

Experience of working in a dynamic, fast-moving business environment.

An interest in and some knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector.

Fluency in Dutch, French & English language skills, both spoken and written.

Strong multi-tasker, able to prioritize and manage sometimes conflicting priorities.

Experience of using e-recruitment systems to  ensure an accurate tool for candidate care, management and recruitment.
