Job Description: The cloud services group is looking for a talented Senior Systems Engineer with a focus area in Microsoft Windows Server, VMWare, AWS, Azure, and cloud infrastructure technologies. The main responsibilities for this position will be working with The qualified candidate should have knowledge in the mentioned technologies and how to deploy/administer/troubleshoot.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage the entire Microsoft IT infrastructure both on premises cloud and public clouds (Azure/AWS)
• Manage continuous delivery of systems and cloud services.
• Maintain and administer Windows Server 2012+ and Azure services
• Drive resolution of issues identified via system and network monitoring tools, as well as assigned tasks and incident tickets.
• Document processes, automation scripts, and infrastructure assets.
• Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve higher level issues to meet standard SLAs.
• Actively engage and assist other departments to troubleshoot and deliver operational excellence.
• Participate in the on-call rotation supporting IT operations.

Job Experience:
- 8+ years of Enterprise level IT operations
- 3+ years of Enterprise experience with Azure services
- Must have technical background and understand Infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge in Dell products
- PowerEdge servers
- Blade Servers
- NetApp or other enterprise storage
- Microsoft Server technologies
- Knowledge in Storage technologies including file and block level
- Knowledge in basic Network troubleshooting and concepts as related to Microsoft and AWS
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2012+
- Knowledge with VMware products such as vSphere 6.0+
- Understanding of SolarWinds Monitoring
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
- Must have experience in 24/7/365 IT operations group
- Must have great communication and documentation skills

Optional Experience a Plus:
-Certifications with Microsoft
-Certification with AWS
-experience with Zerto replication
