The Program Manager (PM) is a key delivery and client facing role for STI. The PM is responsible for the management of the client relationship and program deliverables and maintenance post sales.  The PM will work alongside the Client Account Manager during the pitch and sell of the program solution to client and will identify any opportunities for additional revenue for current programs and will coordinate with the CAM where applicable.  The Program Manager will ultimately be responsible for any proposals, sales orders or invoices linked to their accounts (either created themselves or through their Program Coordinator); managing client project timelines and deliverables; strategizing client solutions with the client and internal resources.  The program manager will be responsible for the overall solution delivered to the client and ensuring ongoing management and maintenance of programs; including internal monthly business reviews and quarterly-annual business review with client and the account team.

  • Provides excellent support to their Clients, sales staff, team members, managers, leaders, at all times.
  • Consistently focuses on the culture of the organization, ensuring that all human resources activities and programs are in line with the organization’s culture, mission, vision, and values
  • Manages the development of solutions with internal and external stakeholders by facilitating brainstorming sessions, team meetings, building associated proposals and project timelines
  • Manages client relations post sales to ensure operational excellence with the delivery and maintenance of program/service delivery
  • Ensuring that all completed work gets invoiced accordingly in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for the management of all assigned accounts and programs, ensuring all required information is up to date and accurate according to company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for internal monthly business reviews associated with their accounts

  • Displays strong general business professional acumen
  • Strong desktop application working knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Analytical skills would be an asset
  • Knowledge of accounting would be an asset

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum two years of experience in a project management or program management related role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if the candidate has more than 5 years of proven excellence in the field of project management
  • Client facing experience or management is required.
