Title: Associate Project/Program Manager – Pharmaceutical Business/Marketing Services

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Position Summary:

Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Marketing Services team to partner with clients and support their deliverables in the Pharmaceutical vertical.

This role is accountable to ensure that deliverables are completed on time, overseeing all factors that affect the project success, communicating status with regular frequency while identifying and managing risks and issues. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of project management, risk management and management of interdependencies. 

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Microsoft Project or SmartSheets, and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.  Additional preference for experience working within a large, matrix organization and managing client stakeholders.

Key Tasks and Deliverables:

  • Successful management of the day-to-day project operations
  • Ensuring clear communications to project contributors and stakeholders
  • Ensure project scope is clearly defined and documented, by obtaining required inputs from all partners and approval from project stakeholders
  • Lead partner kick-off meetings, to ensure alignment across all contributing partners
  • Development of, and adherence to, overall project and planning timelines/plans
  • Identifying and managing deliverable interdependencies
  • Manages internal & external contributors against the project plan deliverables
  • Manages development and maintenance of project documentation
  • Maintaining and communicating status reports
  • Successful management of deliverables through the medical, legal, regulatory review process when applicable (Compliance platform knowledge a plus. Example: Veeva PromoMats)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Required
  • Project Management Experience: Required
  • Timeline set-up/management in Microsoft Project and/or SmartSheet: highly preferred
  • Pharmaceutical Marketing Operations/Project Management Experience (including MLR): highly preferred
  • Full understanding of medical/legal/regulatory process for pharma approvals: highly preferred
  • Experience with project management in regards to any of the following categories:
    • Multichannel Marketing
    • Website Development and Updates
    • Planning Sales Meetings and Events
    • Medical Legal Regulatory Review Process
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience: highly preferred
  • Client Management experience: Preferred
