Job Description

Supports business development, sales and marketing through the use of technology and other tools. Compiles potential customers and markets, responds to inquiries, researches market needs and patterns, and coordinates major business development events for Privacy Analytics software products (including conferences, webinars, customer round tables).

•       Support Privacy Analytics lead generation.

•       Actively strengthen, build, and maintain corporate social media accounts.

•       Prepare monthly analytics reports, reports summarizing interactions with technology analysts, weekly business development calendar updates, weekly emails highlighting updates made to sales enablement portal, and other reports as needed.

•       Develop activation schedules for product conferences and webinars.

•       Prepare feature/function analyses of competitive products.

•       Support the planning and execution of product marketing and advertising programs.

•       Plan, coordinate and execute webinars, in-market events and the company’s presence at conferences.

•       Coordinate the production of thought leadership content.

•       Produce product marketing and sales collateral in collaboration with internal team members and external suppliers, as required.

•       Responsible for product marketing analytics and department performance reporting.

•       General coordination of website projects, including content updates.

•       Conduct research as needed including analysis of competitors and market trends.

•       Maintain department marketing calendar and sales enablement portal.

•       Assist in qualifying incoming leads and routing to sales as needed.

•       Coordinate inquiries and briefings with technology analysts, as needed.

•       Keyword research to strengthen search engine optimization, as required.

•       Provide general coordination and administrative support, as required.

•       Produce clear and concise written communications including the company’s external newsletter, as needed.

•       Track department expenses and reports spend against forecast.


Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

•       Marketing or similar degree/diploma and relevant experience (2-3 years).

•       Track record for extracting insight from marketing analytics.

•       Intermediate level knowledge of Google Analytics and the WordPress business user interface.

•       Capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

•       Demonstrated ability to work with suppliers including visual designers and web developers.

•       Motivated, self-starter who fosters productivity and high morale.
