The eCOA (electronic clinical outcomes assessment) division of IQVIA enables pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations to build and deploy their own subject data collection solution, allowing clinical outcomes assessments to be used in more studies. Whether deploying to smartphones, tablets or the web, our build and deployment tools help automate the eCOA process, giving absolute transparency and greater control to sponsors and CRO’s. 

The Project Management Analyst will be responsible for the execution of eCOA project management activities. This position will collect critical data to support the Project Management Manager with providing end-to-end support to the eCOA startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout activities in clinical studies.


  • Support lead for customer projects in deploying eCOA solutions for client projects
  • Main point of contact for the customer for all project matters (project progress, planning, meeting, acceptance negotiation).
  • Mange assigned projects from kick off until project closure:
    • Planning of all activities
    • Kick-off (internal and with customer)
    • Tracking tasks and execution
    • Risk and Issue Management
    • Project financials
    • Status Reporting
    • Customer interface
    • Hand-over to Support / Hypercare

Position is remote, can be based nationwide. Occasional travel required at 25%

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years project management experience
