Reports to: Director, Sales

Job purpose

Develop & strengthen our client relationships to achieve our vision of becoming a trusted advisor. Drive revenue growth in reimbursement and patient support solutions through strategic prospecting & consultative selling across assigned accounts. Support the launch of new programs as part of a cross-functional team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop & strengthen our client relationships to achieve our vision of becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate internally to develop an account plan based on deep understanding of the client priorities with focused engagement plans to help the client achieve their goals as well as assigned revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and present proposed solutions that address client's business issues.
  • Monitor client satisfaction with existing programs and work with the Program Manager & Data Scientist to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage program renewals, ensuring contracts are maintained up to date and lead the execution of the contract renewal for ongoing client programs.
  • Achieve growth objectives for reimbursement solutions, patient support solutions as well as program insights & advanced analytics.
  • Facilitate internal cross-functional teams as required for brainstorming innovative solutions, researching and validating new opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Assist colleagues on the Sales Team as required eg: training, brainstorming, etc
  • Contribute to key processes such as forecasting, ensuring clear documentation to support all contracts & manage pipeline accurately on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business or science. MBA considered an asset
  • Progressive experience through Sales Management and strong knowledge of sales systems
  • Experience in technology industry and/or healthcare industry preferred
  • Proficient in Office Suite and have the analytical ability to leverage data to add value to client’s deliverables
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, solutions oriented, relationship building and well developed written and oral communication skills.
