Our Consulting team based in Moscow are looking for a creative, innovative, intellectually curious and entrepreneurial Advanced Analytics Specialist/Data Scientist with experience in applying Machine Learning to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business questions into data analyses, by leveraging best-in- class statistical modelling knowledge and expertise
  • Support consulting projects where advanced analytics and statistical methodologies are applied (e.g. Profiling | Segmentation | Targeting)
  • Support projects in Russia & Kazakhstan with prescription data analysis providing strategic recommendations for commercial, marketing and medical purposes.   

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (preferably: Statistics, Mathematics)
  • Minimum of 2 years of analytic/statistical work experience (e.g as Data Scientist) in consulting, market research or business analytics
  • Knowledge of statistician methods, such as regularized regression, ensemble tree-based models (e.g. xgboost), support vector machines, deep learning methods;
  • Appetite for applying new and existing technologies to challenging problems in health care;
  • A proactive, innovative and can-do approach to problem solving and an ability to think critically and independently
  • Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a cross-functional team
  • Very good English knowledge;
